French Tourist Lasa Girad Missing While Training for Marathon at Ta Som Temple, Siem Reap

Siem Reap, August 2, 2025 — The Siem Reap Provincial Tourism Police Unit has reported that Lisa Girad, a French national, went missing this morning while training for a marathon near Ta Som Temple.

Ms. Girad became separated from her group and has not been seen since. Authorities have released her photo (see below) and are conducting search operations in the area.

If you have seen her or have any information on her whereabouts, please contact the Siem Reap Province Tourism Police Unit at 012 402 424 immediately.

The Tourism Police urge the public and local residents to assist if possible.
